“Pulse Property Management started from a need, grew from a desire to do more, and an ability to bring parties together for a successful outcome. Over the years, I gained invaluable work experience from various industries, including the large industrial manufacturers of Litton Industries and INSA Nardini of Brazil. I attended Northern Kentucky University working on my Business degree and also getting a Kentucky Real Estate License. While raising my two children, I also maintained the financials and handled the marketing for the family homebuilding business from 1998 to 2008. Out of that work, Pulse Property Management was founded.”
Judine Hooker, Property Management Administrator
Judine joined PulsePM in August, 2015. She brings us a BA in Public Relations from Valparaiso University, an MA in Public Relations from Ball State University, and a BS in Accounting from SUNY’s Empire State College. She moved to northern Kentucky in 2008 from upstate New York, returning to her old stomping grounds. She also has served in various volunteer capacities, including leadership and finance, in the communities in which she has lived. Judine is married to Kevin and has two children, and they live in northern Kentucky.
Patricia (Trish) Wagner, Realtor®
Trish joined the PulsePM team following a 30 year career with a top Fortune 50 company. During her corporate career, she relocated several times domestically, and is keenly aware of the challenges that relocation can bring. Whether your move is across the country or across town, Trish has been there before. She holds an Executive MBA, PMP® Certification and is a licensed Kentucky REALTOR®. Trish moved to the northern Kentucky area in 2012, where she lives with her husband Mike, and two family pets.
